Like: Current model, Well presentation and cleanliness.
Dislike: A rattling noise from dashboard and a windscreen wiper blades needed replacement for they did not wipe cleaned properly.

Friendly service attitude

I was given a different car, not a Toyota, but a Suzuki that felt like a tractor. Disgusting.

Hertz and QEEQ did not coordinate well! QEEQ's pickup form did not allow me to get the car. After spending two and a half hours, Hertz saw we had elderly and children, so they gave us a car first and then coordinated with QEEQ. However, the car they gave us was not the Toyota I rented. Overall, very unsatisfied.

When picking up the car, there was no detailed explanation about extra charges for returning the car late. Additionally, there was no SMS reminder about the return time or late fees. My earphones were left in the car, and there was no notification about it. While returning the car, we were frequently urged to go to the airport to pay for the overtime, which caused our personal items to be left in the car. My Apple earphones were in a small box in the car, but no one contacted me by phone or SMS, and I haven't heard anything even after returning home. I strongly demand compensation for the loss!!!

The airport staff was inefficient and had a poor attitude. This doesn't reflect well on the company.

I was the only one there and it was done very quickly. Super fast service.

The return location was accurate, but there's nothing much to praise. The car consumed a lot of fuel, averaging 0.7 yuan per kilometer.

The return process took too long, I almost missed my flight. Make sure to leave enough time, everyone.

We also rented cars from other companies during this trip, but I prefer HERTZ.

Standard experience. The rental and return procedures should be simplified. Before renting, they didn’t fully inform me that the translation documents are not accepted by the Thai police. I got a fine.

This time, Hertz’s service attitude is the only one I approve of; there were issues with the others.

The instructions for returning the car were not clear enough.

Overall, it felt very good.
