When I rented the car, they didn’t give me the vehicle I had pre-booked. The Reach Car Rental said it was an upgrade, but the Mercedes E300 I received had noticeable damage on the trunk area. I was very tired when I arrived in Los Angeles and didn’t inspect the car in detail, only looked at the overall exterior. During refueling, the fuel cap fell off, which I believe was already damaged when I picked up the car. I reported this to Reach Car Rental when I returned the vehicle, but their response was that they couldn’t refund my deposit. It has been over ten days since the return, and after multiple follow-ups, they finally responded today. Their response seemed deceitful and extortionate! They likely made me pay for the pre-existing damage. I hope QEEQ can protect customer rights!
The cleaning of the car was not good and we had a problem with the windshield washer, the water jet it wasn’t working and we had some problems with it in the trip.

Could not reach customer service at all. My wife couldn’t find the return address. We contacted them in advance as required, but they didn’t respond on WeChat. They did answer the phone but we still couldn’t find their staff, which caused a 30-minute delay and almost made us miss our flight. We understand the challenges of running a small business and the difficulty of finding parking, but if they continuously fail to provide good service and don’t respond to customer WeChat messages, how can they sustain their business? Imagine if a customer had a problem with the car on the road and couldn't reach them; wouldn't that be a huge issue?
There is no communication between customer service agents. The guy at the airport was indifferent and showed no consideration for a lady picking up the car. He didn't mention the bank card discount. Without a chat history on WeChat, it would be difficult to prove anything. Two days after renting the car, I wanted to extend the rental. I contacted their customer service online, but it was like the store was closed - no response all day. Luckily, I reached them through the app platform. Otherwise, it would have been a disaster. As fellow Chinese, why make things difficult for each other? This company's prices are not low compared to others. They even asked to switch cars with me, and when I agreed out of goodwill, they turned their back on me. Not all promises made over the phone were kept. So, don't bother being nice to people who won't appreciate it. It's purely a transaction.
The day before I leave home they called me to give me cell number for when I am ready. I called aftet I received my luggages. The guy AND the car were waitting me in the parking of the airport. NO waitting, NO shuttle ride. And free shuttle to airport after drop off.

The airport directions were very clear. After confirming the order, the car pickup location and contact information were clearly explained. The whole process of picking up the car was quick. A good rental experience overall. Due to communication issues, I couldn't return the car directly to the airport, but there was a free shuttle bus from the return point to the airport, which was very convenient.
The lady waited for us even though we arrived late. Please do have a signage of your rental car place because it is very dark during the night. Hopefully you can reduce the deposit payment of the car.
Terrible experience. The airport car rental point was too small with limited vehicles, and early pick-up was not allowed. Customers were made to wait without reason, and the staff at the airport location were rude. When picking up the car, the fuel gauge was not full, but customers were asked to sign off on a full tank return. The staff were dishonest; a customer left an item in the car, and the employee falsely claimed it wasn't there.
Everything was perfect! I expected a medium SUV and surprisingly I got a BMW X6. I was so excited to drive the car, it was just amazing!!! I didn’t have any problem at all. Thank you Reach Rental
This Zuzuche APP is a money trap. I canceled my order a week in advance, and it showed cancellation successful with an estimated refund time of 15 working days. Thinking the refund was processed, I didn't check further. Unexpectedly, the APP did not cancel my order, and it wasn't until the scheduled time that someone called to inform me to pick up the car. I said I had already canceled the order! When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund my money. Such garbage service, I will never use Zuzuche again and will warn my friends not to use it either.
There was no clear indication of mileage limit on the pickup slip or the rental order interface, but I was told about extra charges upon returning the car.

I called the car rental company to let them know that I arrived at the airport. So the paperwork as well as the car were ready upon arrival at the facility. It took less than 10 minutes to drive off. It went very smooth too when returning the car. The same lady helped me. She was very nice and helpful. And the offered price was better than other car rental companies.
Appalling company. I couldn't find the offices for starters. The directions were non existent. I paid for a guaranteed CRV - But it wasn't available. They offered a Tiguan (which should have been fine) but it was a nail. Masking tape covering a hold on the door. The battery packed in and we were parked on a "tow" zone in San Francisco. The customer service team were on voicemail and at no point did they return the call. At all. I had to get a mechanic out to jump start the car at my expense. Eventually I heard back by text from a guy who told me to go and get the battery changed at my cost. I finally drove it to one of their offices and insisted on a new car. I got it changed to a RAV4 which couldn't have been cleaned since it was bought. It was disgusting. Dont use these people
