The service attitude was okay, and the queue time was just a few minutes. However, the staff informed me that there was no Audi A3 available and replaced it with a GM SUV. Although it seemed like an upgrade on the surface, I wasn't happy. I mainly rented the car for driving in the Dolomites, where smaller cars are better suited for narrow and winding roads. A larger car only made my driving more difficult.
Additionally, I was dissatisfied that they replaced my rental with a larger car and refused to note the existing damages on the car rental contract form. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The service was fine, with a few minutes of wait time. However, the clerk informed me that there were no Audi A3s available, and they upgraded me to a GM SUV. I think this car rental company is excellent. The car was very comfortable to drive. The staff were friendly and provided thorough service. The paperwork was handled quickly and conveniently. The price was reasonable with no hidden fees. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I will choose this company again in the future.
The car provided did not match the one I booked; I received an extremely damaged old vehicle. They claimed all cars were like that and had no Smart available. The staff had a terrible attitude, especially after learning I refused to purchase any insurance. They ignored my request for help with my 30 kg suitcase, and one of the female staff members complained of back pain. Ultimately, a passerby helped me with my luggage. The car was very old, had no USB port, and the central console screen was almost unreadable, so I had to use my phone for navigation. For pickup, they had to collect me from the airport, but communication was difficult in English until a local helped translate. I had to wait outside the airport for them, which was 5 km away. They charged €50 for dropping off the car at the airport, whereas my nearby hotel owner charged €30 for the ride. Overall, my 7-day rental cost me over €20 additionally, and the taxi to the airport cost me €30 for 5 km. They also charged me over €800 without explanation; I have notified the bank for investigation and they advised me to report to the police if necessary. Be careful when dealing with this company or any car rental in Italy, as even gas stations can be tricky.
Rented a POLO, but got a similar model from another European brand. The trunk can hold three suitcases. It's a compact SUV, comfortable enough for four people.
The store is simple and the address information is confusing. It's very difficult to find for both pick-up and drop-off. The car had multiple external damages that weren't repaired. Three months later, without any prior notification, there was a sudden charge on my credit card. It was only after the bank blocked the transaction that I received an email informing me about a violation, and mentioning that there would be a penalty for late payment. However, despite my repeated requests, I was not provided with a payment link. I suggest avoiding this supplier in the future.
Following the instructions given by Zuzuche for car pickup at Milan Airport was extremely frustrating. In the midst of a violent storm, there was no shuttle to pick us up. Multiple calls to the rental company went unanswered, or they promised a shuttle would arrive in ten minutes but kept us waiting for several ten-minute intervals. There were many shared shuttles to the area, but some drivers refused to take us, some were fully booked, and most ignored us after seeing the address on our rental slip. Couldn't get a rideshare, and taxis refused to go (perhaps it was too close). Bought full insurance through Zuzuche, but the counter did not recognize it (claims had to be made through Zuzuche). Because claim responsibility lay with Zuzuche, the rental company offered no help for roadside issues. Zuzuche was powerless, providing only an international road assistance number. After over ten years of renting cars abroad through Zuzuche, this trip made me realize many issues I had luckily avoided before. Future lesson: rent from an international company rather than a local one, and buy insurance from the rental company, not the platform.
Following the car pickup instructions provided by the rental company at Milan Airport was a nightmare. In the pouring rain, no shuttle came to pick us up. We called the rental company multiple times, but no one answered or they said a car would arrive in ten minutes, which turned into several ten-minute intervals. There were plenty of shuttles shared by other services in the airport area, but some were unwilling to take us and others were fully booked. Most drivers ignored the address on our voucher. We couldn't book a ride-share service, and taxis refused to go there (maybe because it was too close). We had purchased full insurance through the rental platform, but the rental desk wouldn't acknowledge it (claims had to be filed with the platform). Because the platform was responsible for claims, road assistance from the rental company was non-existent. The rental platform was essentially helpless, providing only an international road assistance number. Over ten years of using this rental platform for overseas trips, we lucked out by not encountering these issues previously. The major lesson here: rent from a major international company, not a local one, and buy insurance directly from the rental company, not the platform.
The rental car location was marked incorrectly, making it impossible to pick up the car. When I called the rental company, they rudely told me they wouldn't wait a single minute past closing time and then hung up. Such poor service attitude should not be tolerated.
The car was excellent , the check in process was longer than with previous companies I’ve used. I wasn’t happy about having to return the car cleaned to such a high standard to avoid an excess charge - something else I’ve never had to do. Would hire from them again though .
Very satisfied. They don't forcefully upsell additional services and provide friendly reminders and introductions, which we should understand and respect as part of their job. We received a vehicle of the same class, showing nearly 100,000 kilometers, with an old interior, but the driving performance was quite good except for insufficient power on slopes. We chose to return the car at Florence Airport, and objectively speaking, the service there was better — the staff were sincere and enthusiastic. Of course, all good and bad experiences are mutual, and I believe they also felt the same sincerity and enthusiasm from us.
