Once you have arrived and retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, proceed downstairs to the lower level. Follow the signs marked ground transportation and go to the Rental Car Shuttle Bus stop. The purple airport rental car bus runs approximately every 7-15 minutes. Pickup Hours are 5am - 1am. Returns are accepted 24 hours.

Go to the designated area and take the common bus to the rental car center. When at the rental car center, call (817) 961 1881 to request the Easirent shuttle and wait for pick-up by the curb side.

I already know the Dallas car rental center, they are in very good condition and easy to find, but it bothers me a lot is if you already have a reservation and previous payments, ID, license, etc there is always some detail that delays everything, either because they don't have the car there or some other insurance factor that causes a delay, In addition to poor staff attention , it's always the same, it makes me want to look for other options in the market.

Slow wait at counter. Car was abit dusty. The minivan wasn't available so I was given a 7 seater SUV. I came back 2 days later to exchange for another minivan and got a Chrysler Pacifica instead of a Toyota Sienna. So it's a 7 seater instead of a 8 seater. But still value for money!

When upgrading you shouldn't change vehicle basics like electric / combustion engine without notifying this when the vehicle is picked up. We we're going to places without possibilities to charge and hence specifically had ordered a combustion engine (we at home drive electrically, so this would normally be our choice, if just possible)

Very good. I booked a Ford Focus, but there were no cars available at the store. The staff said they only had Nissan cars, not the model we wanted. There were many Chevrolet Malibu cars parked in the same area. I asked about them, and the staff said we could switch for an additional $230 (for ten days). We ended up switching cars.

As foreigners, we need to be cautious about hidden charges being pushed on us. Especially if there is a language barrier, they may try to sell extra insurance or services for toll fees. Hertz didnt follow the contract and overcharged twice the agreed price for only asking for a GPS. I paid over 1000 Australian Dollars when the contrcat was 489 Australian dollars. Hertz bill in america was 489 USA Dollars but I got charged 1000 Australian dollars. Hertz ripped off me and now I need to be on a budget in Australia.

Car was a huge disappointment. Low windshield wiper fluid at pick up. Asked employee as I was checking out about low fluid, just shrugged her shoulders. The first Van was pretty nice but had a tail light out, so I got a high mileage replacement that was a little rough around the edges. AC was cold and didnt have any issues but it probably needs to be retired.

Very old van, almost 120,000 miles. Van with bad suspension due to age and very rough and bumpy. Very rude with customers. Force customers to buy insurance or will not rent out the van, putting customers with no choices. Limited to 1,200miles for a 9 days renting, and I paid almost $1,500

Customer service was ok. Vehicle was booked with "unlimited miles" but at the counter I was told that it was 275 miles daily and on the contract it was written 375 miles daily. The van was sent out with a "patched tire" that the TPMS light stayed on constantly. I had to put another patch on the tire as it was consistently leaking. I did this at my expense.
