Do not rent from this company! It's the worst rental company ever. The deposit required is around 15,000 yuan, and refunds take forever. It's been half a month, and when we called to ask why we haven't received the refund, they claimed they had already processed it and told us to check with the bank, which had nothing to do with it. When we called for roadside assistance, they said they couldn't help because we didn't have their insurance and provided no useful suggestions, just repeating 'I cannot help you.' Basically, they are useless. We had to resolve the issue ourselves in the end.

We called for their roadside assistance and they said: 'You don't have our insurance, we can't help you.' They provided no useful advice, just kept repeating: 'I cannot help you.' Overall, a useless and terrible experience. We ended up solving the problem ourselves.

Right cars was great, I was very skeptical that everything will go smooth but it was, the pick up and drop off was quick and without any problems I dropped of the dirty car so I assumed they will charge me with cleaning fee but they said it’s included in the rental

Usually I have a very smooth process with Rent Plus company, even during the pandemic, but this time I found out a charge no one told me about from my deposit cc and still can't find any reasonable explanation for this from their customer support, for more than 2 weeks. Supper disappointed.

Quick to collect and return.

Excellent car condition, good service, nice people. Only one with the office directly inside the station, very practical. I could keep the car in their parking for another night since my travel plans had changed.

The rental company's attitude was average. Their service is far inferior to Hertz, let alone Sixt.

The experience with Rent Plus was less than satisfactory....they forced us to pay for the rental on pick up despite the fact that we provided a receipt showing payment made in full. They denied our pre-purchase of the full insurance option and were basically rude in our dealings with them.

Hertz se Porto muy bien conmigo, tuvimos que hacer un upgrade del vehículo porque no entraba el equipaje que llevamos y la verdad es que el personal se porto de maravilla con nosotros, buscamos varias opciones juntos hasta encontrar la adecuada. Muy agradecido por el servicio!

You can rent a car with a Hong Kong driver's license without an IDP... Rented a sedan, got a station wagon instead, felt like a good deal... The car was very new, had only run a little over 4000 km... 1.5T + DSG engine, satisfactory power... High vehicle configuration, key feature includes Carplay, very convenient... Super large trunk, can easily fit two 28-inch suitcases... The car was new and comfortable to drive...

The car (VW T Cross) was smaller compared to the booked Peugot 3008 Other than that all good

We ordered Mazda CX-3 or similar, but we got Golf Variant. Car was new (10.000 km) and clean, small damage was marked in the documents (scratch on paint). Handover was fast and without any problems.

I had a lot of experience with renting in various countries and am aware of the scams but I'm so glad I had picked green motion and value for money was amazing. Dominica was very helpful, honest, and straight to point. She inspects the car with you on both pick up and drop off and upon return the deposit transaction is immediately processed and your given a receipt. The car was upgraded at no charge and the previous person's toll sticker was left on the car as it was still valid. Reception desk is inside a fancy hotel and u have direct number to dominica. Would not rent anywhere else.

The car was almost new, very clean and modern. The car category was as expected. The manager was polite and professional. It is a bit hard to find the office, you should call, they are not in the same building as famous car rental companies

One thing that we have noticed after 10 kilometers drive from the pick up location, that the gas tank was not full, only 75%. When we have returned the car with a full tank we have reported that and got some cash refund.

I got a better car than I initially booked. I was super happy with the upgrade!

So far so good. Happy with the company up to date. I usually rent a car from this company in Prague and I have never had any problems. They have new, clean cars and the rental process is very efficient. One thing I must mention I am not pleased with is the increased boarder cross charge. It used to be 10E, then 20E and at the moment its 30. A little bit too much in my opinion like for EU countries coossing!
