No, Not At All. I booked a VW Polo, thy never had them. They are misleading customers, which is very bad.

The car was dirty, smelly, and scratched all over. This is not what one expects when renting a car. Furthermore, it was the first time that the credit card was required to be in the same name as the driver.

I think that you should NOT include any rental companies that do not have offices. Or you should state that UPFRONT so I don’t have to learn about it after I book.

The only thing that did go as planned was related to the insurance excess amount. It was clearly shown as 400USD but Entreprise insisted that it is 3000AED and they blocked this amount on my credit card though my booking from QEEQ was showing 400USD (about 1500AED). Good thing that I did not need it.

Good car, it just too much time for the pickup. Considering it was too late at night , a bit faster to get the car would have been great.

I booked toyota camry (group D) car at 3 pm I went on time of collection, didn’t find the car i booked or similar in same class They gave me small suv car claiming that this is upgrade as my car or similar class not available I refused to take small suv and asked for a sedan, when they said this only available otherwise you can cancel the booking. I had a business trip and the car was highly needed, so i was forced to accept it

Their rental system is strange and I have never tried it before, as the car is operated using a tracking card and there are fees on it when the car is delivered, and the experience will not be repeated.

The service is quite good, and foreign staff are fairly professional.

The rental process is quite convenient. The store will ask if you want to buy insurance; you can tell them you already purchased it during booking, so there won't be any additional sales pitches.

It was okay. Surprisingly, the Accord didn't have automatic headlights. I got fined 900 for not turning on the headlights after leaving the airport at night.

The car pickup process was quite slow, taking at least 40 minutes for paperwork. Returning the car was faster. They switched my car to a JAC S3; I'm not sure which model is better. Paid 52.5 AED for parking fees. Refunds take a month and I'm unsure if there will be further charges.

Pretty good, I often self-drive, and you can pick up the car at T3.

Overall satisfied, and the price is very reasonable. However, I suggest improving the renewal terms, as extending by one day costs three times the original rate.

Very good, responses were very prompt! Although the actual vehicle delivered was different from the one ordered, it met our needs so it's fine. There were no unexpected charges, and the deposit was returned in about two weeks. You can check for any fines on the Dubai police website.
