I booked toyota camry (group D) car at 3 pm I went on time of collection, didn’t find the car i booked or similar in same class They gave me small suv car claiming that this is upgrade as my car or similar class not available I refused to take small suv and asked for a sedan, when they said this only available otherwise you can cancel the booking. I had a business trip and the car was highly needed, so i was forced to accept it

The overall service was very satisfactory, and the QEEQ platform was particularly impressive! Big thumbs up. The platform helped resolve all issues I had. I recommend downloading and registering on WhatsApp so you can contact the car delivery driver of the rental company and avoid any mishaps.

Their rental system is strange and I have never tried it before, as the car is operated using a tracking card and there are fees on it when the car is delivered, and the experience will not be repeated.

The car pickup process was quite slow, taking at least 40 minutes for paperwork. Returning the car was faster. They switched my car to a JAC S3; I'm not sure which model is better. Paid 52.5 AED for parking fees. Refunds take a month and I'm unsure if there will be further charges.

Very good, responses were very prompt! Although the actual vehicle delivered was different from the one ordered, it met our needs so it's fine. There were no unexpected charges, and the deposit was returned in about two weeks. You can check for any fines on the Dubai police website.

Since it was already evening when I arrived, there was no one at the store. I quickly submitted the documents and authorized the deposit with my card. It was done in 10 minutes. Then, as instructed, I went to the parking lot with the receipt to pick up the car. The vehicle was relatively new, from 2023, and had only run for a little over 8,000 km when I got it.

Renting and returning the car was great, no issues at all. Just be aware of the RTA parking fines in Dubai. If you don't pay in advance at the parking lot and pay afterward, you might get a fine of 165 dirhams.

Change instructions on pick up to call Green motion on arrival. The booking agent QEEQ instructions were incorrect, a representative was not awaiting with a board with my name. this is why it took 30 min when I arrived, otherwise service was excellent.

Avis has a completely procedural response, without solving customer issues: 1) During the car inspection, I was taking a photo of the license plate with my phone, and the staff impatiently put the phone in front of me to sign. They even whispered to their colleagues in a mocking tone; 2) We booked a child's safety seat, but the store only had booster seats, and we were charged the higher price of the safety seat instead of the booster seat; 3) When asked about the type of gasoline needed, the staff told us to figure it out ourselves, and there was no indication on the car or any documents; 4) When confirming the drop-off location with the staff multiple times, they were very impatient and dismissive. The store could not be located on the map, and multiple calls to the store two days before drop-off were unanswered. Overall, the service from Avis was poor, and I won't be returning.

The rental caused a series of fraudulent and illegal issues. I reported the situation five or six days ago, but haven't received any effective feedback! First, I discovered that the deposit should have been a pre-authorization, but it was charged the next day (the car was still under rental). Is this a violation? Second, on the day of the rental, besides charging me the deposit and rental fee, they also asked for a prepaid toll fee. After returning home, I found out the toll charge was for another car! Is this fraud? Third, even after returning home, I received notifications of credit card charges from the car rental company in Dubai. After discussing with my bank, it was confirmed that the car rental company had fraudulently charged my credit card. I immediately contacted the rental platform requesting an investigation. However, five days after reporting the issue to the rental platform, I received another fraudulent charge from the rental company! So far, there has been no effective feedback on these issues!

The car rental experience with Auto Union in Dubai was extremely poor. The app stated that there would be a person holding a sign at the airport for pick-up, but upon arrival, there was no one in sight. When I called the rental company, my first call went unanswered. It wasn't until my second call that I was told someone would come to pick me up. The person who came to pick me up could not speak English clearly and asked me to contact him via WhatsApp. We finally met more than an hour later than the scheduled time. Additionally, besides the 2400 AED deposit, I was charged an extra 640 AED for the car rental, even though I had already prepaid through the app. The fuel tank only had two marks of fuel when I received the car, and I wasn't informed about refueling requirements until I persistently inquired via WhatsApp. Very unprofessional. When it was time to return the car, we had agreed on a time of 8 PM at the airport parking lot, but the person was almost an hour late and also had poor English communication skills. On March 27, I noticed during reimbursement that the rental company had charged an additional 26 AED to my credit card on March 24 without any notice. The charge was under the name Golden Key Rent a Car, which did not match the company name. Terrible experience!

Do not choose this car rental company. First, we booked a car pick-up at midnight, but they didn't arrive until 3 AM and didn't answer our calls in the meantime. Our whole family helplessly waited at the airport, and we finally completed the procedures after 4 AM. Second, we had already paid the rental fee through the platform, but the rental company forced us to pay again on site or they wouldn't give us the car. It's been over a month, and we haven't been refunded yet. Third, the deposit was supposed to be a pre-authorization hold, but they charged it directly, leading to credit card repayments. They also failed to refund it within the promised time and still haven’t done so. Fourth, they charged us for traffic violations and service fees without providing any receipts. Fifth, the provided vehicle did not match the booked model, and the one we got was cheaper, but they did not refund the price difference.

The car was in terrible condition and unsafe to drive. The solution to our complaint was to charge extra for a replacement. Communication was poor, with hours-long delays in responses via WeChat. Dubai Airport has 3 terminals, with most international flights arriving at T3. Most car rental companies have counters at T3 and T1, but PAYLESS only has a counter at T1. You need to take the shuttle bus between terminals, which can be inconvenient for those who are not fluent in English or have little experience traveling abroad. T1 is an older terminal with unclear rental car signs. PAYLESS’s counter is the least visible, located at the very end of all car rental counters. The most disappointing thing was that the car pickup point is at A2 in the parking building. All car rental companies have a counter here, but PAYLESS’s counter is always empty, and customers have to call to get service. During my car pickup, there was miscommunication—the staff initially told me to go to the second floor in A2, but later said to go to the right exit lane outside the terminal building. It was very confusing. With my pickup slip in hand, I went to the address marked at A2, but there was no one there. Other companies’ staff kindly told me to call PAYLESS. After three calls and a 25-minute wait, someone finally brought the car from the basement, which they said took time. The car inspection was thorough but they didn’t mention whether the car used gasoline or diesel, and I forgot to ask. The service staff later told me it was likely gasoline. The car manual was thicker than a dictionary and all in English, so I didn’t bother reading it. I took a chance and pumped gasoline. After the handover, I found they didn't give me the parking ticket and had to chase them for it. At the exit, they charged me 15 AED for parking, which should have been covered by the rental company as part of the rental fee, but they insisted. During the return process, I was at T3 for departure, so I unloaded my friends, children, and luggage, and then drove to T1’s A2 area. No one was there. After multiple desperate calls, they kept saying someone would come in various time frames but took 30 minutes. The car inspection guy took his time, examining every part of the car for about 8 minutes before signing the inspection sheet. He didn't give me a copy, so I took a photo with my phone. When I mentioned the 15 AED charge, he cluelessly said it shouldn't be charged and that was it. After confirming multiple times that all return procedures were ok, I rushed to catch the shuttle bus. On a side note, it was raining that day, which is rare in Dubai’s desert climate. I had to stand in the open parking lot in the rain while they slowly inspected the car. This was the most frustrating rental experience of my life. I hope the rare rain in Dubai not only washes the city's glamorous facade but also cleanses their hearts.

I have not received my deposit so I cannot comment on that aspect but its still early days. After some flaffling about they found my booking and received car faily quick. Because I arrived at 3am the directions to head to in terminal counter were incorrect as they are stationed in the early hours in car park area with other rental car firms inside Europcar office. All in all pleased with Interrent.

I have to admit that everything was ok from the booking process to the price and the process at the Europcar first counter next to the arrivals which they said that the car should be ready in 15 mins. So we went on to exchange money and get wifi service which took some time. By the time we went to pick up the person told us 30 mins. and after that he went adding until 2 1/2 hrs later we got the car and it was after midnight which I believe it counts as the next day (or at least if you return it after midnight some companies would've charged you a whole day). So that made our experience a not pleasant one.
