They promised to keep the car waiting for me (as the payment already made in advance) but when I arrived they didn't have any car from the same category they downgrade the category from luxry to economy Clio and refused to refund the difference or give more days

The deposit was charged to my credit card instead of being pre-authorized. The money was charged, but after the car rental, the deposit could not be refunded. They required a bunch of international remittance information, which I completely didn't understand and wasn't explained to me. They just said the money couldn't be refunded and then laughed and watched videos on their phones with their colleagues. I missed my flight due to negotiating this issue! Budget's service was good during pickup, but their service after drop-off was really lacking. Be cautious when choosing them.

Refunding the deposit was extremely frustrating; they charged a preauthorization on the credit card and then claimed they couldn't cancel it. They insisted on resolving it via bank transfer without explaining the transfer fees and exchange rates, among other costs.

Picking up and dropping off the car were very convenient. Since it was a one-way rental, the fees were quite high. The return was at a relatively remote airport. We parked the car in the parking lot, and the staff automatically came to us. The service was good.

The counter is right outside the airport, mostly Chinese people when picking up the car. After completing the paperwork, pick up the car at the parking lot across the street from the airport. The service attitude is quite good.

We actually rented a Volvo XC60 or a similar car, which falls under the luxury car category. However, when we arrived, we were given a Skoda Octavia. After expressing that this car is not of the same class, the store refused to change the vehicle. While inspecting the car, we found that the side mirror was broken. Only then did the store agree to switch the car, which was a complicated process that took over two hours. We requested an extension for the delay, but the store refused. They replaced it with a Volkswagen Passat, which we also pointed out was not of the same class. The store claimed there were no other cars available, so we had no choice but to accept it to avoid further delays in our trip.

They made things difficult on purpose. It took two hours to get the car at the site; if you wanted to get the car immediately, you had to pay extra for an upgrade. Five to six groups of Chinese people who arrived around the same time also faced the same issue. We had a reservation and paid in advance, so why couldn't they prepare the car ahead of time? It felt like we were renting last-minute. I had to stand in line three times before finally getting the car. They claimed that a foreigner in Izmir spoke Chinese, but he was just a figurehead who got flustered at the sight of female customers.

There was a guy who spoke Chinese at the pick-up location who insisted that the comprehensive insurance I bought was not good and tried to sell me their insurance. Almost fell for it. However, my insurance covered everything he mentioned. Although I canceled the additional insurance, I don’t know when I’ll get the refund along with the deposit. This might require additional communication later. When returning the car, the staff were cold, there were few of them, and everyone had to queue up. They even let foreigners cut in line.

I was extremely displeased with the customer service attitude when picking up the car in Izmir. We arrived 10 minutes early, but he said it wasn't time according to the contract and we had to wait. Meanwhile, a mother and son arrived; the mother had booked the car but didn't have a translated document. The customer service was adamant that they couldn't rent the car without it and ignored them entirely, showing no willingness to help. The mother mentioned having the document electronically but needed to print it, and the customer service refused again, even though there was a printer right there at the desk. They had to contact their domestic agent to request help, but the customer service rudely refused to communicate, shouting 'I can’t call!' When we were picking up our car, the same customer service insisted that we buy insurance, stating that the insurance we bought through a domestic rental company wasn't recognized and was useless. Even our domestic agent's attempt to communicate with them was rudely rejected. This was the only extremely rude person we encountered in Turkey, and we were very upset and shocked. Is this really a world-renowned rental company?! When returning the car at Kayseri Airport, I was very worried about encountering such unreasonable customer service since we were returning the car three hours early. But the customer service there was very friendly and efficient. Despite a small accident where a local rear-ended our car, the procedure with the police and the insurance company was handled smoothly. He quickly checked the documents and inspected the car, and the process went smoothly. He even shook hands with us warmly when we returned the car, making us feel very welcomed. So, it's really a matter of individual behavior. Our complaint is specifically about the customer service at Izmir Airport, as they severely damaged the image of Turkey and the company!
