The staff at the airport parking lot were quite friendly, the queue was orderly, and the car handover process was clearly explained. However, the return process was disappointing—the staff were arrogant and unclear, felt like pulling teeth. Definitely not service-oriented!

There were quite a few people in line when I picked up the car at 9 AM, waited about 20 minutes.

Pickup was very quick. I was worried about returning the car, so I went to the airport early. It took only two minutes to complete. Very convenient.
