You can arrive of Cheapa - Melbourne Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

Our company provide the free shuttle service during the business hours only. After you get your luggage, please call our customer service to book your shuttle service. Then please walk to the fast-pickup zone, and waiting for our staff. Terminal 1, 2 &3: located right at the front, on Level 1 of the Terminal Car Park. Terminal 4: Terminal 4 Car Park. Personal info is required by car rental company for pre-registering 1-2 days before pick-up, which can save up the time of pick-up process.

Drop-off Instructions

For all customers who return their cars, please do the self-dropoff. The car dropoff procedures are the same as your pickup. The return address is Unit 18/53-55 Garden Dr, Tullamarine VIC 3043. Step 1: Park your car at our office parking lots (outside the gate). Step 2: Lock your car and take photos. Step 3: Return the key to the black safe.

Inner condition of the car was quite dirty and not in a washed condition. It was an easy pick up however it would be best if Cheapa provides free pick up shuttle.

The overall service was almost non-existent. The app mentioned an airport shuttle service since the store is a bit far from the airport, but there wasn't any. The store always seemed to be unstaffed. There were two main issues I was unhappy about. First, the baby seat. I called ahead to confirm it would be installed, but on the day, it was just placed on the car seat and not installed. The elderly gentleman handling the car handover had no idea how to install it. I had to look up instructions online to install it myself. Second, the car was swapped last minute and had issues. The battery was dead, and I couldn't start the car the next day, almost missing the wedding I was going to attend. In summary, the service was basically non-existent.
