INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Since it was Christmas, the staff might have been on holiday. The counter was shared with other companies, and there were not many people working. We waited for 20 minutes. The process was simple; they just checked the translation of my driver's license and took a deposit of 200 USD. After that, I could go to the parking lot to pick up the car. It took less than 10 minutes to complete the process. The car was upgraded; I got a Chevrolet Cruze, which was nice.

Like: We were able secure a good rate early in the process.
Dislike: The staff member basically worked alone getting people their cars. People were interrupting her about every little thing.

The van was dirty inside and out. Then they tried to pin a crack in the windshield that was there when we picked the van up.

The rental company's service and attitude were excellent, no complaints.

Picking up the car at Indianapolis Airport was very smooth, and the service was great!

Thrifty charged me for an entire extra day. Still waiting a week later on the refund.

After getting off the plane, I followed the signs directly to the car rental counter to complete the paperwork. Then, I went to the garage with the rental slip, found an attendant, and drove away. The whole process was simple and quick. Returning the car was equally easy: drive to the garage, someone takes the car, checks it, and gives me a receipt.

Wasn't able to provide me with printed receipt at dropoff. Otherwise good.

Service was average, the car was too dirty.

Like: It was the best and easiest car rental I’ve ever had they were friendly and worked with me when I was running late for pick up. Very responsible and respectful. Thanks I will be renting from here if I need anything else in the Indianapolis area!

They told me out of nowhere that the car was upgraded. I had no idea about this. The rental company said I signed the contract, but who reads through such a long contract word by word? Not notifying customers about such changes is just taking advantage of those who don't speak English well.

Customer service hotline is unresponsive.

Dislike: I didn't realize I was renting it for a week, wouldn't rush back from trip
