The process was very simple, but the rental staff will routinely ask if you want to add insurance or pre-purchase a tank of gas, etc. I understand it's their job, just say NO and they won't pressure you. There was almost no waiting, and the whole process, including getting the car, took about 15 minutes, which was very smooth.

The service was attentive and very polite.

Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.
