I would have liked to know a little more about the Volkswagen Jetta start and locking systems. They were a little confusing.

Don’t say everything is included then add on $150 in additional taxes and fees more than a little frustrating.

Staffing of counter was awful. Only 1 person to get everyone checked out and took almost an hour at 12:45 am when other counters had multiple people working the counter and got their lines out in a matter of minutes. Everything else was wonderful.

Overall service was good. We booked a Chevrolet Malibu but were given a choice between a Toyota Camry and a Kia model (forgot the name). In China, these are considered mid-size cars. We chose the Camry and got one with a sports package. The power was sufficient, the space was nice, and the trunk could fit two 28-inch suitcases, one 20-inch suitcase, and 2-3 regular-sized backpacks. A colleague hit a pole while reversing, causing the door to dent. We asked customer service about it and were told we didn't need to worry when returning the car, which turned out to be true. The insurance covered it.

Dollar was great! no line, brand new vehicle, easy process during pickup and return.

The wait time was extremely long. They were understaffed and poorly run.

ICE cars are not worth any future investments, please make EV rentals available.

Missing EV rentals

Reserved Small ford suv but ended up with Kia suv. I did reserve early but still received the Kia? It was ok but not what I ordered R.A. umscheid

Would've preferred that the man checking us in had a personality or smiled in way of greeting. Rather he looked bored and annoyed we were there.

Counter staff was very professional.

Over the phone contact was difficult and a little confusing. Otherwise, happy with the rental.

Overall satisfied with the service, no extra charges, no forced sales. Shenzhou forces sales.

The staff at both the pick-up and drop-off locations were very professional and provided excellent service!

unintentionally additional insurance was added. i should checked at pickup. but guy in the checkin counter didn’t tell me it in detail.

Alamo Portland was the best rental company I have ever used!! Great professionals , great company, great car. Especially Kirsten at the front desk was AWESOME!

We didn’t so they upgraded us for $15 per day extra, they failed to mention the taxes and fees so it was actually $80 per day. Our original booking was total of $136 fir a land rover. We paid $426 for a Toyota Highlander. I’ll never book with dollar again. Very upset.

We should have called you about the Subaru being a comparable model to the Land Rover. Next time I will.

I didn't get the car I asked for but the one I got was comparable. I wish someone had taken us to the car and showed us how a few things worked. We stood out in the rain trying to figure out where the trunk button was.

I found a cheaper price a few weeks after I booked. No one notified me and I had to cancel the one and re book for the cheaper price.

Following the airport signs, we quickly found the location with no lines. The pickup and drop-off process was very convenient, and the service was excellent.

I was charged more than I was supposed to be. My confirmation said one thing and they charged me $100 more and basically said to bad.
