Overall service was good. We booked a Chevrolet Malibu but were given a choice between a Toyota Camry and a Kia model (forgot the name). In China, these are considered mid-size cars. We chose the Camry and got one with a sports package. The power was sufficient, the space was nice, and the trunk could fit two 28-inch suitcases, one 20-inch suitcase, and 2-3 regular-sized backpacks. A colleague hit a pole while reversing, causing the door to dent. We asked customer service about it and were told we didn't need to worry when returning the car, which turned out to be true. The insurance covered it.
Dislike: My reservation through Easy Rent Cars was unusable, as it was intended for those with international drivers licenses. This was not noted anywhere on the reservation, but this is what I was told when I went to pick up the car.
Like: Booked through EasyRentCars for 33% less than any other quote. Got a car with a major car rental company. Dislike: At first they said we owed over $300 balance until I showed them that I had prepaid and had no balance due.
Overall service was great. Booked a Mazda 3 but was directed to Hertz to pick up the car. Mazda 3 was unavailable, so I was given a Nissan, which couldn't connect to mobile navigation. In the end, paid an extra $255 for 12 days to upgrade to a Chevrolet Equinox. The car was brand new, but it felt too big for me.
I began to get very annoyed by the counter person because I had already purchased insurance through Easyrenters and he used scare tactics to try and get me to purchase more insurance.

I didn't get the car I asked for but the one I got was comparable. I wish someone had taken us to the car and showed us how a few things worked. We stood out in the rain trying to figure out where the trunk button was.

I found a cheaper price a few weeks after I booked. No one notified me and I had to cancel the one and re book for the cheaper price.
I was double billed (prepaid with QEEQ but billed again incorrectly by thrifty). Will now have to go through a process to have that charge reversed, which will take time I would Prefer not to spend doing on my vacation.

Booking platform is fine, but booking confirmations aren’t as convenient as they could be. Don’t show company you have booked with clearly or reservation # with car rental Agency. This should Be improved.
