Like: SERVICE STAFF OFFERED ME AN UPGRADE FROM CAMRY TO FORD F150 QUAD CAB 4X4 FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. SPENT TIME ON THE BACKROADS SO WORKED OUT GREAT.
Dislike: NOTHING

Like: We loved the hatchback on the car we chose - and we got to choose from a selection of cars in a specific section. We put the seats down and getting suitcases, water, back packs, in and out was easy. Our car got excellent gas mileage too. Pick up and drop off was quick and simple.

The counter staff on pick up was very helpful sorting thru a slight problem that I caused by booking on the UK site instead of the US.

Like: Nearly new vehicle, great service, good deal.

Dislike: My reservation through Easy Rent Cars was unusable, as it was intended for those with international drivers licenses. This was not noted anywhere on the reservation, but this is what I was told when I went to pick up the car.

Like: The shuttle from the airport was quick and comfortable, the staff was helpful and the car was more than expected.
Dislike: The Chevy Impala performed well although the modern seat design grew uncomfortable towards the end of the week

Like: I was extremely happy with the whole process.
Dislike: Tried to get me to upgrade vehicle along with some other minor items but just had to say no I wasn't interested and she moved on.

Like: Booked through EasyRentCars for 33% less than any other quote. Got a car with a major car rental company.
Dislike: At first they said we owed over $300 balance until I showed them that I had prepaid and had no balance due.

Fast pickup, easy return.

At the drop-off location, sign was not clear whether print-out receipt availabe or receipt in an E-mail only.

The shuttle service was prompt, and the staff were quite friendly. The paperwork was minimal. Returning the car was convenient.

Long wait times at the counter, rude staff, persistent upselling, repeated insurance offers, misleading sales tactics

No free upgrade when there's no car available. Won't use Avis again, too much nonsense. The hybrid's trunk can only fit one 28-inch suitcase.

Although there were many people, the staff patiently answered all my questions

Arrived at the airport at 1 AM. Despite having provided flight number, arrival time, and pickup time when booking, I was told at the pickup point that the Budget staff had already left and I needed to take a shuttle to a further pickup location. Waited for the shuttle for half an hour but it didn’t arrive. Called but no one answered. Finally, airport staff told me I could pick up the car from Avis since they are related companies. Ended up getting the car after 2 AM. Terrible company; avoid if you have a late flight!!!

Not bad

Like: Friendly staff. I came earlier to pick off the car. No problem. Came half an hour later than expected to drop it off, no problem, no extra fee. I forgot a wallet (with no cash) in the car after dropp off, and they phoned me at the airport and I got it back within 15 minutes.
Dislike: Actually, everything was perfect.

Be aware of the upsell on insurance at the store.

Some employees displayed discriminatory behavior towards Chinese people

Dislike: Extra fees that I did not know about at airport rental site.
