Upgraded to an A6 station wagon, which tripled the cost. Why the upgrade? No idea. Asked why and didn’t understand a word of the explanation due to the language barrier.
The car rental experience was extremely poor. 1. They did not provide me with an SUV or a vehicle of the same category. 2. Due to vehicle quality issues, the car could not start at a gas station (repair station), and the delayed roadside assistance caused significant trip delays, leading to substantial economic losses. 3. After returning home, I was charged on my credit card and unreasonably asked to pay for vehicle repair costs (the malfunction was due to vehicle issues, not driver error). 4. In Norway, QEEQ's 24-hour customer service did not respond promptly to emails and could not be reached via international phone.
QEEQ company did not actively cooperate with after-sales and consumer rights protection, completely ignoring the consumers.
The store is not big, but the car rental process is self-service using machines. It was the first time I encountered this in all my global car rentals. However, I had some issues—the Chinese driver's license and the Zuzuche white translation paper could not be fed into the scanner. At this point, a staff member came out from behind a rolling door to help me, but we couldn't solve the problem because our document size was too big. He ended up using some document to substitute, which finally resolved the issue. There was another problem during payment; they didn’t accept cash, only credit cards. I asked why they didn't make this clear when I booked the car, and they apologized but still wouldn’t accept cash. I had to use a credit card to pay. The Swedish Krona I exchanged was a niche currency, making it even more cumbersome. I hope Zuzuche and the rental car company can inform customers about this in advance.
The rental procedure was simple, the car was in good condition, and returning the car was unbelievably easy. The car rental company's location was very convenient for travel. Excellent!
We picked up the car at Kiruna Airport in Sweden. The rental office is inside the airport, very close and convenient. The pickup area is just 50 meters from the terminal.
The guy in Kiruna was pretty laid-back, handling things one step at a time in an orderly manner. The self-service car return was impressive. They initially downgraded the car because my luggage didn't fit, but then they upgraded my model for free, which was great.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
