There weren't many people in line. Initially, they wanted to upgrade my car, but the price increased by 20%, so I reverted to my original booking. They asked if I wanted extra insurance. After I declined, they didn't push further and quickly processed the paperwork for the car. Overall, the service was pretty good.

The shuttle from the terminal to the car rental company is very convenient, the staff are very friendly, and the car is in great condition. I will use Hertz again next time.

Waiting time was too long.

I wanted to change the car model on site, but due to language barriers, I wanted to cancel the previous order and pay again, but was told that it wasn't possible. I had to take the car as per the original order. It took quite a long time, about an hour, and the service personnel seemed a bit impatient.
