Aggressively pushing extra insurance

I rented a Ford Edge, but upon pickup, I was asked to switch to a BMW X5, which increased the cost to over $120 per day. Additionally, if you choose to pay at the store, you'll incur a nearly 50% non-package fee and be asked to add several types of insurance, making the final cost twice as high as what was listed on the rental site.

Great service all round. Would highly recommend Avis both at Boston Airport where staff are brilliant and also return at NY was smooth.
