Like: No problems with our rental, other than figuring out the fancy controls on this newish model Subaru. Felt like we got a good value, and the staff was efficient. Located offsite from the airport, but they sent someone to pick us up. I was glad I called a few days before and touched base with them. That's when they told me about their shuttle service.
Lady put down wrong pickup space number on papers. Spent ages looking for car to find out the space number didn’t exist. Had to source staff member to source car for us. Keep trying to sell you things you don’t need when all you want to do is rent a car.
I booked a mazda3 or similar, but of course the counter person gave me the smallest car available anyways. When will car rental companies just give us what we pay for?

We didn’t so they upgraded us for $15 per day extra, they failed to mention the taxes and fees so it was actually $80 per day. Our original booking was total of $136 fir a land rover. We paid $426 for a Toyota Highlander. I’ll never book with dollar again. Very upset.

I rent cars often when I travel
And the service I got this time at dollar in LAX was extremely nice
They gabe me a nice upgrade and the staff was really friendly... loved it will definitely recommend to my friends
