Easy to collect (after the long queue) and drop off at Munich railway station although you need to keep your eyes peeled to find the drop off garage. Dislike: We queued for nearly an hour at Munich airport to pick up the vehicle even with the ticket system. The ticket machine needs to be more obvious or at least a more obvious sign.
They added insurance despite me saying I didn't want it. They gave me three keys to choose from and ended up charging me for an upgraded model. Not only did they add insurance, but also a towing service fee! Ultimately, the most important part is that they charged me twice!
Poor service attitude. Some charges were not explained in advance. At Munich airport, we rented a Land Rover Discovery 4 but got an Audi Q3 instead. They claimed it was a free upgrade, and there were no other cars available. Abroad, we couldn't do much about it and had to endure. Complaining afterward was useless.

Pick up of car in a dark car park - hard to see any damage. There was damage on the wheel trims, which I took a photo of. The drop off location was very well lit, and the Europcar team said the wheel damage was caused by us. Fortunately I was able to show the photo evidence of the damage being there on pick up, but thought that the whole process was corrupt by Europcar. With the dark car park for pick up so we can't easily see damage when we pick up, but very well lit to help them in the drop off car park. Probably will not use Europcar again in the future - for this dirty con trick they tried.
