They charged for fuel in advance, their English is poor, attitudes are just okay, and there's an extra fee for returning the car a day early.

The pickup information was different from what Zuzuche provided. The cross-border fee was said to be 16 euros on Zuzuche, but it was actually 30 euros. The insurance compensation from Zuzuche requires you to pay upfront.

The guy at the pickup counter symbolically asked if we wanted to upgrade our car. They had an XC90 available but it would cost more. Since there were only two of us, we declined the upgrade. I showed him the full insurance purchased on QEEQ, and he didn't try to sell us anything else. We got a brand new diesel XC60, in a beautiful smog blue color!

There were hidden charges, and they even charged us for a late pickup because our flight was delayed....
