First they tried to issue an other car in a different cat. (Audi A4). After insisting on the hired type of car, they arranged to pick it up at a differen rental station.
I got the car upgraded, because of the unavailability of the car which i had booked. Overall condition of the car was good. I am satisfied with the service.

It was easy to book car on easyrentcars.com. It has lowest rates amongst all the car booking sites.
The staff started working at 9:10 AM on Christmas, which is good. But the car model wasn't what I requested, not good. The car uses petrol, which is expensive, bad. I had to change the car towards the end of the trip, troublesome.
We needed a small car for a short trip, but when we arrived 30 minutes early at the car rental company, they told us there were no cars available. They offered an upgrade for an additional 20 euros per day or we could wait for more than half an hour. Since an automatic car is more convenient, we accepted the upgrade. Hertz has always provided good cars, and this time it was a car with just over 10,000 kilometers on it. It worked great over the past few days. Returning the car was also easy, no issues with insurance. We returned the car a day early due to a change in plans and asked if we could get some discount for that, they agreed initially but didn't give any discount in the end.
Half a month after returning the car, I suddenly received an email saying the car was damaged and asking me to pay 390 euros. What a surprise! Luckily, I kept the rental receipt as evidence, or I would have been scammed! Always take photos and videos when picking up and dropping off the car, and keep the receipt for a long time. Avoid choosing Hertz or Thrifty!
The guy at the pickup counter symbolically asked if we wanted to upgrade our car. They had an XC90 available but it would cost more. Since there were only two of us, we declined the upgrade. I showed him the full insurance purchased on QEEQ, and he didn't try to sell us anything else. We got a brand new diesel XC60, in a beautiful smog blue color!

While I was getting the money, the staff locked the door and ended their shift, ultimately charging my credit card. Communication was completely ineffective, and I was repeatedly hassled. It was extremely unpleasant.

When I rented the car, they first told me that the pickup sheet was not acceptable and that a voucher was required. After a long time, it turned out that the sheet was sufficient. I had already purchased full insurance, but they forced additional insurance on me. When I saw the printed receipt and asked them to remove it, they said it was not possible. It took an hour and a half to finally get the car. I will never use Hertz again.
The pickup information was different from what Zuzuche provided. The cross-border fee was said to be 16 euros on Zuzuche, but it was actually 30 euros. The insurance compensation from Zuzuche requires you to pay upfront.
I purchased full insurance and informed them I didn't need additional coverage, but they still added tire and glass insurance. I arrived early but couldn't pick up the car early. I was sick and had to wait for a long time. Eventually, I got frustrated and quickly finished the process to take the car.
The official translation provided by the rental platform was not accepted on site. They insisted I get a translation from the car rental company, which took a long time. I finally got the car after much hassle. Initially, they gave me a manual car, saying the staff entered the wrong info, making me wait an additional 30 minutes to get another car.
Tras leer las reviews iba muy asustado pero, no se si fue casualidad de la chica o algo generalizado, la experiencia fue genial. No intentó venderme ni agregarme nada y todo fue claro y directo, además de muy amable y profesional.
El coche estaba sucio, olía mal y tenía bollos y rozaduras por todos lados, pero era alta gama y con muchos extras y en general terminamos contentos.
