The reserved car model was not available at the store, and they recommended another model that cost twice as much.

When I arrived, the line was very long, and I waited quite a while. The service lady's attitude wasn't very good, possibly because it was crowded and her English was poor. However, she did confirm if my luggage could fit into the rented convertible mini. So, there wasn't much to complain about. Returning the car was very convenient; as soon as I drove in, staff came up to guide and check the car's condition. The return process was smooth and quick!
