In less than a minute, she rummaged around and suddenly found the 8-seater Mercedes right next to the Ford. This is blatant lying. If not for the communication between Zuzuche and Hertz, I would have sent an email to complain. I have Hertz's gold card and this is the kind of deceptive service I get!

Since there were many customers at Hertz, the wait time was quite long. However, we got a new car, around 600 kilometers driven, a Ford.
