現地のレンタカー会社で、車を待つ人が空港まで迎えに来なければならなかったが、ポルトガル語が話せなかったので、長い間電話に苦労した。着いてから、予定していたオートギアがなくなったので、手動でギアを開けるしかなかった。運転免許証は手動で学んでいたが、長い間運転していないので迷った末に納得した。やはり一時的に別の場所に乗り換えるのも面倒である。結局は順調だった。

La voiture réservé n'était pas celle reçu au Portugal. Une attente 1h30 sur place c'est horrible, peu de chaises, pas de place. Faire attention sur tout sur place.

“Major disappointment and big rip off”

I was charged €175 for a mark no more than 1mm x 2mm. It was a new car and I was told it had no damage. In dark would not have seen this mark. I have rented with Surprice before and cars were covered in scratches, bumps etc. Though new, the indicator was faulty, gear knob had not been fitted correctly. Never renting from them again
