Very satisfied

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient, and the car was in good condition. However, my credit card was inexplicably charged without any explanation.

The attitude at the car rental counter was just okay. The staff had a heavy accent, and they didn't consult us when our reserved car model wasn't available. Although it's clear they can provide a similar model, I think it would have been more considerate to consult us, especially knowing that both the driver and passenger were women and not particularly strong. Instead, they directly gave us an old and rugged Pajero. The car had a high mileage and was not in good condition. However, the young man in the parking lot was quite nice. He showed a lot of concern for us women driving such a big car and helped us get familiar with it for a long time. The return process was smooth, and the staff there were great. After completing the English paperwork, one of the staff spoke Mandarin, so we could complain a bit in Mandarin about the bulky car.

The car rental company's service was quick, but the attitude was average.

The store location was easy to find. The staff were friendly and didn't push extra services. Returning the car was also simple.
