Pick-up Instructions

The AVIS - Sydney Domestic Airport car rental location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of AVIS - Sydney Domestic Airport car rental.

Rental car desks located on the arrivals level at both terminals. The branch is located on the right of the exit of the arrival hall within walking distance. After finishing the procedures, you can pick up your car at the corresponding parking space in the C9 of the parking lot opposite to the terminal. (Out of the business hours of the branch, within the reservation time, free pick-up is available) Domestic Travellers - There is Rental Collection Counters in Every Terminal at Sydney Airport,while due to the repair works of the airport recently, vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs will take place at temporary facilities on Ross Smith Avenue, and there will a free shuttle bus, please kindly check with counter staff.

Drop-off Instructions

Drop off the car at the parking lot of the airport, then return the key to the staff. (Out of the business hours of the branch, within the reservation time, free drop off is available) Domestic Travellers - Please kindly confirm with the counter staff at pick-up.To allow enough time to shuttle to or from the car rental pick up point and the T2 and T3 Domestic Terminals, Sydney Domestic Airport is advising all customers to allow for an additional 30-minute or more transit time. If you need to return the car at the international airport, please confirm in advance with the staff at the international airport counter by calling (61) 2 8374 2847. If it's possible, please proceed to return the car at the P1 parking lot at the international airport.
