The car was good but scratches indicated on the contract didn’t seem to be related to the car I rented. I had a breakout of the car - engine stopping and restarting while in the road - that can be very dangerous - I notified it at check out
I am still waiting on my bond to be refunded it has now been 4 business days and nothing has come through. I had a great experience with staff and picking up the car and dropping off but now that I am chasing my bond refund no one seems to be responding to my emails or getting back to me which is really disappointing
The pickup time was outside the store's working hours. Communication via mail beforehand was very clear, and the process was straightforward. The car was in good condition, clean, tidy, and fuel-efficient. The return process was quick, and they offer a free shuttle to the airport, making it very convenient.
