The 7-seater car I reserved was not available, so I had to switch to a 5-seater car

The waiting time wasn’t long, but the service attitude was mediocre.

Did not provide the reserved model, and the replacement was not of the same class. Booked a Land Rover Discovery, got a Mitsubishi Outlander, completely different levels.

Not many people, and the car was very clean.

Terrible staff at the pick up counter. First they told us that our booked car had been damaged by the previous owners and that they dont have a spare car. Over an hour later there was suddenly a Mercedes C300.. spare.. out of the blue. New car was fine for us. Just a few grumpy people at the desk.
