Like: I liked the service and the convenience of the location. Dislike: I didn't like the fact that each time I attempted to charge my phone I had to reset the radio, and there was a limit of rental colors to choose from. White appears to be the dominate color.
Pick up was extremely good at Seattle Airport. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, got us on the road quickly.
Drop-off staff were not as friendly and failed to explain why an early drop off fee was charged despite drop off only being 25 minutes before late fee would be charged. This was extremely disappointing.
The car was as promised. It was a 2019 Chev Impala, fully loaded, very comfortable. It had some minor scratches near the front headlight, other than that, nothing wrong. Shuttle bus was quick to pick us up.
There was some sticky substance on the back seat that we had to clean up due to not noticing until after we left the rental location.
Like: I was totally satisfied, the vehicle was in great condition and service from Thrifty was flawless
