Incorrect charges for excess mileage.

Poor service attitude. Some charges were not explained in advance. At Munich airport, we rented a Land Rover Discovery 4 but got an Audi Q3 instead. They claimed it was a free upgrade, and there were no other cars available. Abroad, we couldn't do much about it and had to endure. Complaining afterward was useless.

Excellent service. They suggested a slightly bigger automatic car, and the cost did not increase much. It better suited our need for more space for both people and luggage.

The process was quick and straightforward, the car was new and easy to drive.

waited 90 minutes to get car. long queue due to staff off sick. apologies given. but dreadful start. Car hadnt been cleaned.
