The additional charge and poor communication on arrival at Minorca airport ruined the experience.

I upgraded and was glad that I did. The pick up location was hard to discern and luckily a very helpful taxi driver helped me to find it in the airport. More accurate and detailed instructions on where to pick the vehicle would have been helpful

We were up sold from a mid size to a larger car in Madrid. The car was good but too large to drive around the narrow streets of towns in southern Spain.

All good.

Like: I got what I planned
Dislike: Getting to car rent office was not obvious, that I should take 'Dollar' called shuttle bus someone from other car rent company helped me

Like: Easy to book, easy to deal with, Easy to find, brand new car !!

Like: I was lucky to be the first in the queue (both pick-up and drop-off), so got a very quick, polite and efficient service.
Dislike: I reserved a manual car, but got an automatic one which I never drove before. I don't speak Spanish, so did not understand well how to use it. Fortunately they were able to exchange it for a manual car. There is no way I would accept an automatic car as I was on my own, did a lot of driving and would feel unsafe to drive a car different from what I am used to.
