Fast and ok

Due to language barriers, the store did not provide Chinese-speaking staff or instructions in Chinese. We were unaware that the car couldn't leave Cebu, and now we are waiting for the rental company's headquarters to inform us of the penalty amount. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet.

The car rental company was easy to find. The guy at the counter was very nice and explained the rental details thoroughly. His pace was moderate and easy to understand.

Good service, the car is almost brand new, has a slight smell but drives well.

The specified rental and return locations at Brussels Airport are very accurate. We were given a new car of the same grade that had only run 50 kilometers. When renting, the staff (a lady) added a lot of insurance. Although she spoke English, I couldn't contest everything, so I accepted it. The online order was over 400 euros, but I ended up paying over 600 euros, 50% more. I believe whether full insurance is included or not should be made clear on the website during booking so that customers can make informed choices. The price at booking should be the price at pickup.
