Hertz did not have my vehicle the day of pick up. Eventhough I reserved it a week and a half in advance and called twice to confirm the reservation. They were on able or willing to assist me and I received the worst customer service.
Very satisfied with the service. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet. They said it would take three days when returning the car, but the platform mentioned it might take up to a month.
