予約したマニュアルトランスミッションのキャンピングカーが、メルセデスのオートマチックトランスミッションのキャンピングカーに無料でアップグレードされました。店員さんの説明が非常に詳しく、高速道路料金パッケージの購入などの勧めも受け入れませんでしたが、笑顔を絶やさず対応してくれました。ただ、車を返す際に車の屋根に傷があると言われましたが、店員さんが鏡で反射してチェックし、触っても滑らかで、私たちも慎重に運転してきたので異議を唱えました。最終的に、店員さんが上司に確認した後、賠償責任を追及されることはありませんでした。
