The car had previous damage, and no one inspected it when I picked it up. Fortunately, I took a video, so I avoided an insurance trap when returning the car.
The queue was rather long, and the car's damage was not documented. Luckily, I noticed and spent time finding a staff member to record it, otherwise it would have been problematic.

A very long wait at pick up point to be abe to hire the car. Not great after a long haul flight...
The pre booking system should be an advantage somehow, but didn't seem to be.
