The Chinese staff suggested that I upgrade to a diesel vehicle, claiming the Highlander consumes six tanks of gas while the diesel would only use one. The upgrade cost $450. I was almost scammed.

The phone support was patient, but the staff at the store had a mediocre attitude. There is no Chinese service at the Sydney airport Hertz.

Pretty good, convenient to pick up the car and quick to drop off. But Melbourne closes at 6 PM, which is really too early. I'm envious of Melbourne's lifestyle.
