Picking up and dropping off the car is always straightforward. The car condition is excellent; I've rented a few times, and they were always new cars with less than 50,000 kilometers, so I never worried about car issues during my trip. Of course, the price is relatively higher.
Excellent service! Due to bad weather, one of our friends couldn't join, so it was just the two of us girls. The SUV we initially rented was too big for us. The staff responsibly suggested we switch cars. Even though we couldn't get a refund, they didn't just recommend a smaller or cheaper car. They carefully suggested a suitable vehicle based on our route, and we ended up renting a 5-seater SUV. We had a minor collision in the suburbs, and the other party, seeing we were just two girls, didn't press the matter. Although it was a minor accident that only dented the license plate, it was obvious the car wouldn't pass inspection. When we told the staff about it, they very kindly didn't ask for compensation. We got lost on the way to return the car and were an hour late, but they didn't charge us extra. It was a very pleasant experience.
Car was not as ordered, they said they do not have that model any more.
Staff "Stephanie' at hertz pick up location very rude and unhelpful as we tried to ge a car that looked half decent.

Returned on Wednesday at 10.00 am when had booked from Sunday through to Saturday

Booking platform good, but not up to date as vechicle order is not available any more.
The car that i booked wasn’t available during pick up. I was offered a similar class of vehicle which worked out well.
Pick up and return was very seamless. Explanations were straight to the point.

Booking through the app was easy. Just needed to pick the required vehicle type and price. Booking confirmation is fast as well.
Just a suggestion, reminders on the booking could be sent to customers when close to the booking dates.
Drop off time will be 24hour more better...because for us is 1st time rent ..we don't know the key can put on ...and other else .
