The queue was very slow. The most crucial issue was that the right rear tire burst shortly after I started driving. Although I refueled to full, they claimed it wasn't full and charged me an extra 10 euros.

Be warned, the rental company already charged for insurance through the booking platform, but at the store, they will add a super expensive insurance without asking, which is way more costly than the rental fee. This is a deceptive tactic. Additionally, the documents are mostly in Spanish, making it hard to understand. You might think you have fully paid, but that’s not the case. Do not fall for it!!! Why is an extra hour charged as a full day???!!! Why was this not mentioned before renting??? Very dissatisfied!! Charging half a day for an extra hour is understandable, but a full day is ridiculous!
