Ждать забронированую машину 2часа или взять более дорогую и уехать сейчас. Развод чистой воды! Пришлось согласится так как был с ребёнком.
Плюс называет итоговую сумму в евро, списывают в долларах с комиссией, без предупреждения! С начала берет карту, блокирует деньги, потом даёт читать контракт! В итоге заплатил на 120 евро больше чем планировал.

Clean store signage and guidance all the way. However, the store receptionist was quite rude. She first said the car I rented was too small, claiming that with three pieces of luggage in a Smart Forfour, the police would pull me over and fine me. She forced me to upgrade, costing an extra 10 euros per day. Then she repeatedly emphasized that I hadn't bought their insurance. I showed her the insurance I bought in my country, and she said she didn't know if that company would cover it. The car was very new with just over 20,000 kilometers. The vehicle was very clean when received.

Went to the wrong terminal because the car rental location details on the website were not clear, but the service staff was very nice and didn't make us go another round trip. However, the navigation system from Europcar was not impressive (even though it had Chinese), as it easily lost signal.

The queue was very slow. The most crucial issue was that the right rear tire burst shortly after I started driving. Although I refueled to full, they claimed it wasn't full and charged me an extra 10 euros.

Booked a month in advance and paid for an Audi A4 (luxury car). Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no cars available and was given an Opel (mid-range car) instead. After the car window was damaged, they only replaced it with a very small JEEP. Very dissatisfied with the service. This company offers very low value for money.

Excellent service, no pushy insurance sales. After exiting the security gate, proceed straight towards the main airport terminal, you'll find the rental counter on the right-hand corridor. There's a service desk in the parking lot with staff ready to assist with vehicle inspection. The signage in the parking lot is clear, and returning the car to T1 is straightforward by following the car rental signs to Europcar. Vehicle inspection was quick and efficient. This is the best car rental experience I’ve had in years, five stars.

Be warned, the rental company already charged for insurance through the booking platform, but at the store, they will add a super expensive insurance without asking, which is way more costly than the rental fee. This is a deceptive tactic.
Additionally, the documents are mostly in Spanish, making it hard to understand. You might think you have fully paid, but that’s not the case.

1. Poor car condition. We rented a Golf, and after just 10 kilometers, the tire pressure warning light came on. Returned to the rental office immediately, but the staff insisted it was our responsibility. Only after arguing did they agree to a replacement with the same model. 2. Hidden charges. After returning home, we discovered an additional 25 Euros charged for an upgrade, even though the replacement was due to the car’s condition! This was the worst experience we've had with any car rental service!

Not entirely impolite, but the conversation was unpleasant. Diesel cars need to add AdBlue, which is uncommon in China. I didn't know about it, and they should have informed me when I picked up the car to avoid problems later on. I had to contact customer service multiple times, and international calls are expensive! Luckily, I saw the prompt. If I hadn't noticed it, who would have paid for the towing service? I later realized that this thing had to be added continuously. So why not mention it in advance? Tourists from other countries might not be familiar with your car's special requirements! I added AdBlue twice. When I claimed the reimbursement, the counter staff asked me why it was twice. How should I answer that? I could only say that your car prompted me twice! Such unnecessary questions are not needed. I didn't want to add it twice either! Additionally, when charging fees, just charge my credit card in euros. My credit card will handle the conversion. Why convert to dollars? Not only is the exchange rate high, but there are also extra fees!

Very satisfied with the service. Staff had a great attitude, quickly processed the paperwork, handed over the keys, and even reminded me to drive safely. Excellent overall! The car was in great condition, had only 15,000 kilometers, was spacious inside, and very reassuring to drive.

The staff made it difficult during pickup by insisting on the original copy of the driver's license translation, without mentioning anything about insurance. The invoice was provided in Spanish by default, and after returning the car, I discovered insurance charges. I advise everyone to clarify these details beforehand.

It was alright. I had booked a Polo but was given a Mitsubishi SUV. Although I wanted a Polo, the SUV felt too large for driving in Barcelona since many parking lots are quite small. If you're not an experienced driver, it's really hard to manage. The front desk lady tried to convince me that the Polo was too small and that one of my two large suitcases would have to be placed on the back seat, which she claimed is illegal in the EU. She suggested that I upgrade to a bigger car. I ignored her, but in the end, they just gave me the Mitsubishi SUV anyway. Clearly, it was just a way to make more money by telling lies.

Before picking up the car, I was worried they might push insurance sales, but they didn't at all. They just confirmed with me that I didn’t purchase their in-store insurance. I originally booked an MG, but they gave me a Mercedes-Benz minivan instead. It was too big, and I was scared to drive it. They charged a 500 Euro deposit, which was refunded the next day after returning the car.

After repeatedly confirming with the staff about the deposit breakdown, we were told that part of it was an upgrade fee for the vehicle and the rest was just a standard deposit. However, after returning the car, no invoice was provided proactively. When we eventually obtained the invoice from the rental platform, we discovered that insurance had been forced upon us. We’ve never encountered such a situation when renting cars overseas, and we’re not sure if this is a problem specific to Spain or Europcar. Regardless, it feels like we were scammed. Everyone should be cautious—it's best to record videos and audio throughout the process as evidence. Otherwise, if the rental company denies it later, you won’t be able to defend your rights.
