Added extra charges

Be warned, the rental company already charged for insurance through the booking platform, but at the store, they will add a super expensive insurance without asking, which is way more costly than the rental fee. This is a deceptive tactic. Additionally, the documents are mostly in Spanish, making it hard to understand. You might think you have fully paid, but that’s not the case. Do not fall for it!!! Do not fall for it!!! Do not fall for it!!!

Initially, I couldn't find anyone. There was no one inside the store. Later, I found them outside, but the place to complete the paperwork was on a different floor.

Very convenient, picked up the car directly at the airport. Since I bought full insurance, there were no additional requirements to buy other insurances. Quite good.

The staff were very thorough, double-checking all information. Very responsible.
