Be warned, the rental company already charged for insurance through the booking platform, but at the store, they will add a super expensive insurance without asking, which is way more costly than the rental fee. This is a deceptive tactic. Additionally, the documents are mostly in Spanish, making it hard to understand. You might think you have fully paid, but that’s not the case. Do not fall for it!!! Booked a month in advance and paid for an Audi A4 (luxury car). Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no cars available and was given an Opel (mid-range car) instead. After the car window was damaged, they only replaced it with a very small JEEP. Very dissatisfied with the service. This company offers very low value for money.

Initially, I couldn't find anyone. There was no one inside the store. Later, I found them outside, but the place to complete the paperwork was on a different floor.

I was running late to collect the car so I contacted Europcar directly and they said it wasn't a problem due to my pre-paying but when I arrived at the counter there was a problem as the car was no longer available
