The Refill gas service is automatically added, so pay attention to that. Also, it's really frustrating that we couldn't reach the staff at the store by phone. We ended up modifying the order through their Twitter customer service, which was quite a new experience.

Forced to buy insurance or they wouldn't release the car. The customer called and negotiated with the local pickup guide, but the car rental staff refused to answer the guide's calls.
