Although the staff provided service in Chinese, they spoke very little. The actual card charge was more than the amount shown on the car rental website without any explanation. Overall good, the store is right inside the airport, making it convenient with simple procedures. However, the queue was a bit long, and the speed was slow due to the crowd.
