I guess the whole company only has this kind of cheap broken car!

Firstly, the vehicle categorization is unreasonable. I rented a compact car but was given a Jeep. They told me it falls under the same category as a compact car. Driving a Jeep on the German highway is slow and fuel-inefficient, with a consumption of 17 liters per 100 kilometers, and I had to stay in the slow lane with trucks! Also, I was driving alone and didn't need such a large vehicle, which was also difficult to park in the city! Additionally, Thrifty provided a Hertz car. After picking it up in Frankfurt and driving to my company in a smaller city, I couldn't exchange it at a local Hertz office. After a week of inconvenience, I had to drive over 100 kilometers back to Frankfurt to switch the car! Lastly, there was a price difference between the rental company and the price on Zuzuche, which is completely unacceptable to me!

The vehicle is great, a new model with a diesel engine, much better deal than the Touran I rented through Avis in 2011, with mileage around 10,000 km.

Many locations, close to the airport, and new cars. However, they overcharged me and it took almost 2.5 months to get a refund.
