Visited the Red Wall and walked by the sea

I should pay by the take over the amount of 66 eur. It was charged imediatelly.

Counter staff were terrible. They were rude, unhelpful and aggressive. They were dishonest in order to sell us additional insurance and became angry when we wouldn't take out their insurance. The staff were clearly speaking about us rudely to each other assuming that we wouldn't understand the language. The manager was also rude and aggressive. Awful experience.

Car was fine. Very disappointed about the extra charge.

It was demanded that I pay an extra €20 on collection because I picked up in terminal, tried very strongly to sell me extra insurance that I did not need !

Appalling check in process; customers waiting ages on keys. No idea of condition of vehicle, collecting in the dark so photos not possible. On drop off tried to claim I was responsible for scrapes as nothing on the sheet.
