I was tricked into buying insurance when picking up the car. I clearly told the rental company I didn't want it, but they still insisted I needed basic insurance. I had already purchased basic insurance when I placed the order, but they tricked me into paying for more. I am furious.

Poor service attitude, no patience!

Overall it's okay, but it was very hard to find the drop-off location!

A lot of upselling and add ons at the desk especially various insurances. Upgraded to premium at extra cost. Car was tired, 31k + miles, windows didnt shut properly. Rattles from back of car.

カウンター女性スタッフは　丁寧で　英語が理解できない部分はパソコンで日本語に訳してくださり　とてもスムーズにレンタルできました。

返却時夜中の３時と言うこともあったと思いますが　スッタフが誰もいなかったため　３０分ぐらいうおうさおうしました。
