The Hertz staff added insurance without any explanation, and I only found out after signing the paperwork. They refused to refund it. Terrible company.
Overall, it's good, but the explanation of additional charges was not detailed enough. I only wanted to add an extra driver this time, but when handling it on site, an additional fee was added without detailed written explanation, just a brief verbal mention. Upon careful review, I found that I could not cancel it by phone, which I believe is somewhat unreasonable.
