The queue time was a bit long, and there were insurance sales pitches, but the vehicle was in great condition. The gas station was very close to the rental office, and returning the car was very quick. You can leave right after dropping off the car.
The store is very close to the international arrivals, making it easy to find. The staff are very patient. It's also very convenient when returning the car.
The car we received was different from what we booked. We originally booked an SUV Nissan Qashqai (I even provided them with a copy of the rental agreement), but upon pickup, we were given an SUV Hyundai ix35 with several scratches. When we mentioned this to the Hertz staff, they said it was the same category (SUV) so it's fine. However, there was already an SUV Nissan Qashqai nearby. Since it was late, we didn't want to argue further. We hope Hertz can improve on this.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It's worth recommending and convenient.
