Renting the car went smoothly, but returning it was another story. The attendant made me feel discriminated against as a Chinese person by checking the vehicle multiple times and insisted there were scratches on the front bumper that were already there when I rented it.
Due to my flight, I arrived at the pickup location after 11 PM. The staff waited for me, and they only finished work after I received the car. I am very grateful.
The pickup process was extremely fast, probably within two or three minutes. There were no unnecessary questions; after checking the documents and registering some basic information, they handed over the keys. Returning the car was even faster; as soon as I handed over the keys at the counter, I was free to go.
The accounting is unclear, there are arbitrary charges, and no explanations are provided to customers. The store's staff works inefficiently, makes calculation errors, and wasted a lot of our time. Now it’s been four days since the car was returned and we’ve already returned home, but the refund issue is still unresolved.
A well-known company with an airport office, making car pick-up easy and quick. The service is on par with Hertz and Avis, but at a lower price, offering great value for money.
